These terms apply to the public website at memorypine.com, including the demo request form. They do not replace a product agreement. Use of the MemoryPine product is governed by the contract between MemoryPine and the customer.
Demo requests
If you submit the form, you agree that we may use the name, email, company if you provided it, and message you send to reply to you about MemoryPine. Provide accurate information. Do not submit someone else's personal details without their permission.
What you may do
You may browse this site, share links to it, and contact us. You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades the service, attempt to access non-public systems, or present MemoryPine materials as your own product.
What the site is not
Copy on this site describes MemoryPine for information. It is not a warranty, a service-level commitment, or an offer of specific pricing. If something matters to an evaluation, confirm it with us in writing.
Intellectual property
The MemoryPine name, mark, and site content belong to MemoryPine. You do not receive a license to use the mark except as needed to refer to us accurately.
Limitation
