Privacy on the MemoryPine website.

What we collect when you request a demo, and what we do with it. Last updated August 31, 2026.

  • Who we are

MemoryPine operates this website at memorypine.com. For privacy questions, write hello@memorypine.com.

  • What this page covers

This policy covers the public MemoryPine website, including the demo request form. It does not cover customer use of the MemoryPine product. Product data handling is set in the customer agreement.

  • What we collect

If you request a demo, we collect your name, email address, and message. Company is optional. If you leave it blank, we do not store a company name. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that message.

  • How we use it

We use your name, email, company if you provided it, and message to reply to you and, if it fits, to continue a conversation about MemoryPine. We do not sell this information. We do not use it for advertising.

  • Where it goes

Form submissions are stored so we can follow up, and a copy is emailed to hello@memorypine.com. We use a database provider and an email provider to do that.

  • How long we keep it

We keep demo requests and related email for as long as the conversation and ordinary business records require. If you want us to delete what we hold about you from this website, write hello@memorypine.com and we will do so unless we must keep a record for legal reasons.

  • Hosting logs

The site is hosted by a provider that may collect standard request logs such as IP address, browser type, time of the request, and the page requested. That is used to run and secure the site, not to build advertising profiles.

  • Cookies

This marketing site does not set advertising cookies and does not run a third-party analytics pixel.

  • Contact
