A company brain is a living map of how a company works. It pulls know-how out of fragmented sources, structures it, keeps it current, and turns it into skills people and AI agents can actually execute. It is not company-wide search. It is not a chatbot over documents. It is the missing layer between raw company data and reliable AI automation.

When a source changes, live sync brings the latest information forward. Stale knowledge does not pass. Agents receive a scoped, cited, read-only slice, not the whole corpus, and they do not write back.
